Shanghai Indietop Compilation CD

January 2009. Last year Monokino recorded the song “New Kid” (with only piano arrangement, some guitars and vocals) during a studio session at Soma Records in Shanghai. Soma is one of Shanghai’s best known indie labels. “New Kid” now features on the compilation CD, “Indietop”. This CD features mostly young, Shanghainese artists.
